I love to do home work outs, just laying by the t.v and working on my abs or legs and a lot of bum workouts too recently. I also have a gym in my apartment building so I try to make it down their as often as I can. I have been going pretty hard of fitness recently and I am loving the results. Sometimes I will also do squats or leg lifts while waiting for the bus or elevator, I work out whenever I have the time now a days! 🙂
